Summer of Resistance: Crenshaw Crossing & District Square Gentrification Mega-Projects

The Crenshaw Subway Coalition's Summer of Resistance series of community meetings continues with a community town hall that focuses on two gentrification mega-projects planned at the intersection of Crenshaw Blvd & Obama Blvd: District Square & Crenshaw Crossing. The two new large housing developments are being paid for by our tax dollars but have nearly no units affordable to local residents. One is even being built on PUBLIC LAND!

Join us at our new headquarters THE UMOJA CENTER to discuss this community issue and social housing. We will also briefly touch on the topics covered in our other Summer of Resistance town halls.
